I saw him the next day and we test-drove a new 2013. I was ready to buy it and we started filling out the papers, when I made a casual remark about not liking the car's color. He explained how easy AND CHEAP it would be to get a 2014 just exactly like I wanted it. We did, I bought it and am very happy with the deal, the product and the Way-Above-Average service.
