Fabulous Service Center that make things right every time I am always pleased with the service that I receive here. I have done price comparisons in the past with centers like Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube, and it' I am always pleased with the service that I receive here. I have done price comparisons in the past with centers like Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube, and it's not only cheaper to come here for maintenance, but they use genuine Honda parts and fluids whereas the other guys use whatever fluids/parts their computer says to use. The dealership itself is an inviting place to wait since there are refreshments, comfortable clean chairs and tables, and as a student I am very grateful for the fast Wifi. If the shop ever makes a mistake, they will make it right. There was a time that I brought my Accord in for service, and when I picked it up I noticed that some of the clear coat had been scratched near the hood. Not only was the staff understanding and respectful of my concern, but they had it buffed out and re-clear coated at no charge to me. THAT is honest service, and they have earned my long-term loyalty. One important thing about this service center is their excellent professionalism. I am never lied to about services that my car needs, and they give me time tables of when services should be completed by (which is exactly inline with Honda's Maintenance guide). Lastly, they are very reliable. They get my car back to me right when they say it will be completed, and I NEVER have to worry about the car getting dirty. So many third party shops leave floor mats dirty, or even use oily hands on the steering wheel. That is the worst!! My car is as clean, or cleaner, whenever I leave Larry H Miller Honda. That is extremely important to me since I am a clean-freak. I recommend this dealership to anyone that has a Honda, or even those that are looking to buy a new car. I am impressed with their services, and like I stated before, I will be a long-term customer. There is no other place I consider taking my car in for servicing. More
GREAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED BUT IT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I THOUGHT I WOULD JUST TRY TO SEE IF I COULD GET IN. THEY SAID THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AND TOOK MY CAR RIGHT IN. THAT GAVE ME TIME TO GO AND FIND BEN BLUE MY SALESMAN AND TALK ABOUT OPTIONS FOR GETTING A NEWER MODEL CAR. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE SALESPERSON WHO GOT A LITTLE SNIPPY WITH ME IN THE PARKING LOT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. More
