My other service advisor dismissed me on my concerns of a faulty alignment. I called the dealership and spoke to Trent. He asked me to bring my truck back. I had an alignment issue that Trent took care of fo faulty alignment. I called the dealership and spoke to Trent. He asked me to bring my truck back. I had an alignment issue that Trent took care of for me and now my truck is back to where it should be. Trent listened to me, cared and went above standard to make it right. Thank you Trent! More
