When I call the people that answer are very nice. When you go in the dealership you are greeted at the door and they aren't pushy. Overall decent experience; but a few points for leadership to note for improvement: 1. I booked online, selected “Other” and entered notes about my charger needing an alignment. Showed up, was a leadership to note for improvement: 1. I booked online, selected “Other” and entered notes about my charger needing an alignment. Showed up, was asked my name 3 times, including my appointment time - shouldn’t this information be on the iPad? In addition, they had me for an oil change - the car doesn’t even need an oil change; though this was rectified and I received adequate service/alignment. 2. I had J.R. Rodriguez for the first time; I’ll be requesting a different service advisor here on out. This guy looked, sounded, and acted like he didn’t wanna be there as much as much as the customers. I had to greet this fella 4 times before I received eye contact, asked a question about a mopar discount email on my phone and got an index finger to my face and “hold on”. Not sure what was going on, but give this guy a snickers. Aside from the above, I’ve received decent results from my visit. More

Sebastian and Avondale Dodge took amazing care of us! We let Sebastian know that we had young kids who just couldn’t handle being at a dealership all day, so we wanted to get most of the buying process d We let Sebastian know that we had young kids who just couldn’t handle being at a dealership all day, so we wanted to get most of the buying process done before we got there, if possible. Scott was amazing he text and called to make sure what my truck had and let me know there would be a wait can be days to let me know what was wrong with my truck he called me in the afternoon to let me know truck had and let me know there would be a wait can be days to let me know what was wrong with my truck he called me in the afternoon to let me know he was able to squeeze and get a diagnosis on my vehicle then later called me to tell me they had the part and in a few minutes my truck would be ready to get picked up. I'm going to this dealership for many years for service. First of all they have great deals on oil changes. Second I have never had an advisor which tried to sell me something I didn't need. If your car tak First of all they have great deals on oil changes. Second I have never had an advisor which tried to sell me something I didn't need. If your car takes a bit longer to service they have a shuttle which brings you home and picks you up when the car is ready. If it takes longer than a day the the arrange a rental car for you. Overall I'm always surprised about the reasonable bill I get when I pick up my car. It's also very easy to schedule a service appointment online with your preferred advisor. More
