Took my car back in to have the grease cleaned out of it from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this taken care of. She is the only person in a while, other than a chosen few, who actually cared about how I felt about my car and the condition I received it in after service had been performed on it. She had it cleaned to my specifications, as well as removing the grease smell. She even took care of a different issue that occurred while the car was in the dealerships possession. I was seriously impressed. Her professionalism AND personal approach to me as a customer gave me a feeling that she really knows how a person feels about their car and how it is cared for when being repaired. Her approach should be used as a training tool. A customer can get stressed when they have to spend money and time to take their car to a shop for repairs. When they have to take it back to get it cleaned out because a sloppy mechanic doesn’t take the precautions to keep that residue cleaned up, it looks like they don’t care. When I get a monotone answer on whether it was cleaned after a repair, I know it wasn’t. Car repairs are insanely expensive and the way Scarlet interacts with a customer and made sure my car was taken care of softens that blow just a bit. The ratings below are for Scarlet. More

Took in Grand Caravan for a transmission issue. They told me the transmission needed to be replaced. Sucks but ok. Took only 2 days which was great. Over the phone I was told it would be a “brand new transmi me the transmission needed to be replaced. Sucks but ok. Took only 2 days which was great. Over the phone I was told it would be a “brand new transmission with unlimited mile warranty...”, but after the repairs the paperwork said it was a remanufactured (rebuilt..not brand new) transmission for only 100k miles. After I asked about that, my service guy Duane(?) said he never stated it was going to be a brand new transmission with unlimited miles. I’ll reconsider my options in the future. More

i went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service people ,job completed were all very good, my complaint is the mask policy. i am extremely high risk that's why i waited 6 months before comi service people ,job completed were all very good, my complaint is the mask policy. i am extremely high risk that's why i waited 6 months before coming in. the sign on the door said mask required to enter, i thought that's great. well one of the kids when i first pulled up was going to jump in my truck after i checked in ,he had a mask but his nose was not covered, i asked to please cover his nose. he did .inside i seen many of the sales associates with no mask on walking around. a person in the waiting area no mask. and sales associates walking outside with a customer then both taking off masks and they were within 2 feet of each other i went to a corner away from everyone and waited as outside they were all unmasked, with totals nearly 2000 new cases in the last 3 days i am so disappointed i need to feel safe and this state and country needs to get a hold on the rising virus again. please talk with your accosiates them taking their masks on and off or not wearing on it can be a possibility someone could be a carrier thus spreading it all over your dealership please be safe More
On Sep 8 2020, I took my Pacifica Hybrid to LHM in Surprise where I met my new service advisor Brian. He and his team got a hold of Chrysler engineers to fix the issues on that hybrid system. Brian was 100% more effective & helpful than the other people @ LHM in Avondale. There, the service manager Gary Callis is among the worst human beings I ever met. LHM in Avondale kept my van for 4 days last July and NOTHING WAS FIXED!!! Yet, LHM in Surprise only kept my van for 1 day & they fixed the issues I had with my van. Brian is professional, courteous and happy to help his customers. This man deserves to be recognized by management there. Thanks to Brian, I strongly recommend LHM in Surprise to all.
