Finally some helpful friendly service reps I have bought 2 town and country vans from Moore in Peoria, the service reps always made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them bringing the van I have bought 2 town and country vans from Moore in Peoria, the service reps always made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them bringing the van in for service. When Larry Miller opened in surprise, I began bringing the van in to you. Initially, the service reps were not much different from Moore. I then met Kyle and Mickey in service, and they have been a pleasant blessing. Kyle is always happy, pleasant, and helpful in the express oil change section, Mickey took great care of us in the service department. I recently needed a $1700 repair on the van. Mickey was great in getting the van in, everything done that needed to be done, and did it all with a pleasant, concerned attitude. Kyle and Mickey will be a deciding factor in my buying the next vehicle from Larry Miller in surprise. Please let them know what a great job they are doing. More

Half xxx Paid $80 for an oil change, $30 more than other places. Tires were not filled with appropriate air pressure, 35. Called service manager to let know and he really didn’t seem to care. Yo car in on Sat because we are going out of town. Had to take car to get air in tires since service department didn’t. More
