Refusal to help with warranty issues on the transmission and the factory installed hitch. Both were defective. Resorted to picketing the business peacefully with signs asking consumers to talk to me first before using this dealership. Sales Manager on weekend called the police called on me, was taunting us from the car lot, then a service reneged on a scheduled warranty service due to picketing....and more......they just want your $$, the service department may not have skilled enough mechanics. Beware. Choose another dealership who is professional. More
