We have been dealing with this dealership for over eight years and have always received excellent service. They are curteous and pleasant to work with. Went for an express oil change with an appointment. Got to the appointment on time and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours wait. Told 2 of the 4 technicians called out and there are appointments every 2 Got to the appointment on time and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours wait. Told 2 of the 4 technicians called out and there are appointments every 20 minutes. I waited and it was close to 3 hours. I asked if any filters needed to be changed and I was told that no one has notified of the need, so no news is good news. When I checked out and paid I asked for the checklist of the points checklist. The advisor went to print it and said " oh this came just 3 minutes ago. Both air filters are recommended to be changed, but to me they look fine". My car was already off the lift and was washed and had been sitting for about 20 minutes for "paperwork to be completed". I left without the filters being changed and a basic oil change completed. More
I went for an oil change on a Saturday. The service writer seemed annoyed right from the beginning. First it seemed because I didn’t have an appointment and it carried on through the entire interaction. No smile, no acknowledgment, just sign here and go. I didn’t get a time of how long wait would be. I went all the way home 20 mins I got a message it was ready. When I picked up my vehicle all seemed okay again a very brief interaction with the service writer since a different one came over to assist me for pick up. Again, no acknowledgement towards me. But she did ask the service writer who was helping me what he was needing or if he needed help. I signed, he handed me my keys. I left. Normally when I get my service done they air up My tires to 36 psi. The recommendation is 32 for my vehicle. But when I looked I noticed they didn’t even touch the air in the tires and on the invoice it was signed for that air was checked and used. I think this might be my last time going to get service at this location. I pass another dodge dealership on my way to work and I can drop it there. After 4 vehicles purchased and all of them serviced there. I use to have TJ who would go above and beyond but the last 3 times I’ve gone in have been very similar to this with different service writers. I think I’m done. Thanks LHM. More
I was on a long road trip pulling a camper when my Ram truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the road as quick as possible, had to wait 2 day's for parts and took care of me as soon as parts were in, it was really appreciated as I still had a way to go to my destination. Although it cost more to go to the dealership to have repairs done I feel confident that the quality is excellent and customer service is fantastic. I’m sad Sean can’t wear his toy story shoes though. The first thing I noticed about him and it was a conversation starter to the beginning of a customer service relationship.
