Took my new 2023 RAM power wagon in for its first oil change. My service writer, Alejandro took immediate interest in what I wanted done and how to turn a simple oil change into a pleasant experience. change. He had the answers, got the work done and made me feel like the most important customer of the day. Oh yeah, did I mention my salesman wrote in a oil change package to my vehicle when I bought the truck unbeknownst to me. Until I went to pay and had a zero balance due. Tires rotated and a car wash all in less than the predicted hour I was told the wait would be. Great sales experience, Great service experience. My New Favorite Dealership. More

Told them up front that I wanted to know if the air filter was dirty and I would have them replace it. But no one ever kept me posted. Waited over two hours for an oil change and then when I finally A filter was dirty and I would have them replace it. But no one ever kept me posted. Waited over two hours for an oil change and then when I finally Asked, they said oh yeah your truck is ready and I have all these recommendations. I would have had them do them all at the time and now I have to go back. Told the person I was checking out with that I didn’t want that service advisor again. Not very good. More
Once again I took my Jeep JLUR 392 to LHM and to Service Advisor Thomas Stream (TJ) and couldn't be happier. The visit was for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, and to also check on the rea Advisor Thomas Stream (TJ) and couldn't be happier. The visit was for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, and to also check on the rear lockers as the warning light was on. As I arrived, they greeted me, and took the vehicle in right away. The troubleshooting took longer than expected and TJ asked if they could keep the vehicle overnight which I was expecting. TJ explained in detail what the symptoms were and what had been done thus far. They offered an Uber ride to take me home since I had opted to wait at the dealer to drool over the TRXs they have. The following morning TJ called me early to tell me the Jeep was ready for pickup, and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership. Upon arrival, they had everything ready for me and the transaction was quick. They explained in detail once again what work had been performed, and got me on my way swiftly. I am not one to trust many places with my vehicles, but I feel in great hands taking my vehicle to LHM! More
