Took several days to find. 2nd, communication was spotty at best due to the lack of communication as to when vehicle was completed or the difficulty that the technician was having installing part. 3rd I had to call after two weeks to find out if car was done, I had to talk to the service manager to get a straight answer and then while I was talking to him he was typing to the service advisor who was off asking him if the car was done. Neverless, I had been in there three time in the past eight months and service and customer service has been sliding downward. They did do the oil change at the time that I got the bedliner installed but they never reset the oil change light when I picked the vehicle up from service. Also they told me they would detail the vehicle and what I received was a subpar car wash. They ran the windshield wiper to clear off the water on the windshield so there were watermarks left from that. They wiped my rear window off with what appeared to be a dirty rag because the rear window was all streaks. I had another appointment so I couldn’t go back right away but I text Kyle the service advisor and he never responded back to me. I had my son and a friend that were looking to purchase a vehicle and I told them my issues and they went to a different dealer so because of the bad experience I had you lost out on a couple sales.
