Larry Miller Jeep was very quick with our oil change and updating the entertainment center in our Jeep Cherokee. I had warranty work done. TJ was great to work with. I had a hiccup along the way and had to speak with the manager Mike. My problem was quickly resolved. The communication sucks! After waiting four hours for my oil change I decided to go to the attended and ask about the progress of my truck. He tells me “sorry its been done a After waiting four hours for my oil change I decided to go to the attended and ask about the progress of my truck. He tells me “sorry its been done and I called you.” I didn’t receive a phone call. I was in the lobby the whole time. No one came to get me. I would have know my truck was done two hours prior had I gotten a response after texting back the message from you guys saying “if there is anything that you need while your here please feel free to message back.” Also I would have know my truck was done if the real time process link had been updated. I was checking that every ten minutes after the first two hours. Also after checking if the attend had really called me. I find out he did but it was from a number with a caller id that read “Northern Trust” (623-537-5071) so maybe you can understand why I chose to ignore the call. Cause of this I had to cancel on a client that I had on an appointment with. The communication sucks! Hope this gets addressed. More

Alejandro Castro was pleasant and helpful. ..I was concerned that you only had synthetic oil..never having used it before I was concerned..Alejandro took the time to look at recommendations fr ..I was concerned that you only had synthetic oil..never having used it before I was concerned..Alejandro took the time to look at recommendations from Chrysler as to use of it in my 200. He took time with my concerns, I appreciate that. I do wish that dealerships wouldn't try overselling especially to women. I find this to be insulting...I take care of my car and I keep records of what has been done from day one. The "red" need about my tires is an example of taking advantage of a situation. Of course I realize that suggestions of problem areas is part of your business, but unnecessary "red" warnings are uncalled for..a simple explanation is more in line with what the need is. I will continue to use your dealership, as long as Alejandro and your management are honest and forthright in the care of my car. You should be proud of the honesty and helpfulness that Alejandro displayed yesterday...that type of customer service goes a long way with me and will keep me coming back. The service advisor was able to get my vehicle in for the oil change and out at a decent time. He went above and beyond to make sure my time was valuable and understood that I needed to get to work at a cert oil change and out at a decent time. He went above and beyond to make sure my time was valuable and understood that I needed to get to work at a certain time. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and have no issues.
