I was on a long road trip pulling a camper when my Ram truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the road as quick as possible, had to wait 2 day's for parts and took care of me as soon as parts were in, it was really appreciated as I still had a way to go to my destination. I would definitely recommend Larry Miller in Surprise Arizona! Thanks for your help Tyler More

In fact, everyone I’ve worked with: Sean, Troy, the woman who answered the service department call, the parts manager, and Blake in sales are all c In fact, everyone I’ve worked with: Sean, Troy, the woman who answered the service department call, the parts manager, and Blake in sales are all customer service oriented patient, kind, and just plain awesome. Although it cost more to go to the dealership to have repairs done I feel confident that the quality is excellent and customer service is fantastic. I’m sad Sean can’t wear his toy story shoes though. The first thing I noticed about him and it was a conversation starter to the beginning of a customer service relationship. I went into the dealership for an oil change without an appointment and I was taking care of very professionally by Sean. My service was completed in one hour even had the truck washed. Terrible. Made an appointment for an oil change at 0700. Arrived at 0645 and was the second vehicle in line through the Express Oil Change Lane. Dealership doe Made an appointment for an oil change at 0700. Arrived at 0645 and was the second vehicle in line through the Express Oil Change Lane. Dealership doesn’t open until 0700. I Waited at the dealership for over 2 1/2 hours. And the gentleman with the jeep in front of me in the Express Lane was still waiting for Jeep. Unbelievable. He was pissed. Why make an appt and go through the express lane when you still have to wait over 2 1/2 hours. More
