Hands down one of the best Advisors I have ever had. Took car in on Thursday for an issue service writer Jordan gave me rough estimate of $2500 told him that was fine. Then got a text saying estimate was wrong and it was $4100 texted and called left voic Jordan gave me rough estimate of $2500 told him that was fine. Then got a text saying estimate was wrong and it was $4100 texted and called left voice mail around 1pm asking for explanation Got no answer, Friday no response. Denied services and Saturday went and picked up my car. TJ didn't charge for diagnostic because that was never explained to me, I appreciated that. More

Best service I’ve ever had at a dealership thanks Troy and crew. Jeep broke they had it all back to me within two days with all the recalls done that no other dealership seem to have parts for and everyth and crew.
