Service was terrible! Paid over $1400 for my truck to be fixed. Got home with it and it was leaking oil all over my driveway. That was suppose to be fixed from the timing cover being done. None of the other approved warranty work or recalls were taken care of either. Called and made a complaint! More

Doesn't get any better than this. Honesty and communication are key in any Service Department. On March 4th I did a test drive on the Ram 1500 with Mark Augustniak. I received an offer to test drive the Ram and in return I would receive a $50 amazon gift card Did not receive my gift card after cont Augustniak. I received an offer to test drive the Ram and in return I would receive a $50 amazon gift card Did not receive my gift card after contacting the dealership 3 times. I got tired of getting ignored by the dealership and gave up, which I'm sure that's what they wanted. Really bad impression of the dealership. More
