My jeep in the shop for 3 weeks and no loaner car nor rental. Customer relations in Detroit hung up on me 3 times when I was told I have to call? Ridiculous!!! And I have the extended warranty too!! Tom Rodriguez was my service advisor and I guess his hands were tied but someone should make the extra effort to help their customers when they have NO transportation. Shame, shame!!!! Unacceptable. Our other vehicle was being used by my daughter for a job she had in California. Thank goodness I have great neighbors who took care of our needs. More
Sales was fine, but service is pretty bad. Had my car towed in on a Monday, made an appointment and they didnt look at it until Thursday. Absolutely ATROCIOUS service again. Have been waiting months on a replacement radio because mine haas completely delaminated. Received a call 2 weeks ago letting me know I needed to schedule my service or the part would be sent back. I kindly let them know I was NEVER informed the part arrived and scheduled right then and there. Appointment day arrives today, and after leaving my car there, I am called by my “new service” andvisor and asked what the issue is. Apparently my “previous” service man left the company. After explaining the issue in great detail am told it will be several days to make the necessary repairs. I was originally quoted 1 day. I have no choice but to comply, only to be called several hours later and told “they don’t have the part” it’s special order was sent back, they’ll have to reorder it with no ETA on arrival. A day completed wasted, no repair, no answers, AND they neglected to latch my hood properly before leaving so I got to drive home on the freeway with my hood flapping in the breeze. The service advisor and manager were pleasant enough, but a gross lack of organization, adequate staffing, and or communication has now become my problem. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Larry H Miller Dodge Surprise and it will be the last. I have had every service ever done to any of my vehicles completed at this dealership only to have the service operations become worse and worse and worse. More
