The sales people I worked with were very friendly and were most helpful. They even went so far to pull a vehicle out of the show room so I could test both the I-4 and V-6 versions. The only disappointing thing was to discover that my vehicle does not already had the navaigation program in it and they are going to cause me to pay an additional $595.00 to obtain it. That seem extremely to high when a new GPS right off the store shelf can be obtain for $200.00 or less. More
