Always great service, two things: 1. Don't change computer settings other than reset. 2. Mopar oil change sticker requires to be placed on windshield in cooler temperatures. The service department didn’t tell me about a potential problem from my last service from approximately 6 months ago, only to mention it today. I was told it was the IGR filter system and I’m over the reco problem from my last service from approximately 6 months ago, only to mention it today. I was told it was the IGR filter system and I’m over the recommend service by 6K miles. If that system were to shut down, it would shut done the whole vehicle. There was a “Service warning” that kept showing on screen every time I started the vehicle from 6 months ago and was told by my service tech the computer would reset. When I asked what they would do for me since it was a service mistake, the answer I got was they could only take off $100 of the $1200 it’s going to cost me to have the service done. Larry Miller employs idiot service advisors and service techs. I will also be posting a review of your company on Google, Yelp, Tic Toc, and a few others. I’m very disappointed with Larry Miller company. More

They tired to scam me in stuff I didn’t need( probably because I’m a girl). Got my stuff tested at autozone and everything was fine. They rotated my tires and didn’t air up the one that was low.
