BUYER BEWARE - SHADY AND FRAUDELENT SELLING I purchased a brand new 2018 Ram 1500 Limited from Larry H Miller Surprise on June 26, 2019. 2 months after the purchased it was discovered that the v I purchased a brand new 2018 Ram 1500 Limited from Larry H Miller Surprise on June 26, 2019. 2 months after the purchased it was discovered that the vehicle was involved in a car accident 1 year and 4 months before I purchased it. This vehicle was sold to me as brand new, 1st owner, and was NOT a dealer demo. The dealership failed to disclose this accident during the entire transaction process. I have since returned to the dealership to talk to a few different management level employees and none of them have any interest in fixing this issue. This dealership has no problem breaking the law and obviously has no ethical or moral values when selling you a car. I have since obtained legal counsel and will allow the process to play itself out but when looking at purchasing a vehicle from Larry H Miller in Surprise BUYER BEWARE!!! More

new car purchase I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sales persons name that assisted me was Carol Krecker, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised that the I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sales persons name that assisted me was Carol Krecker, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised that the customer service had gone unchanged in the past 7 years. Carol assisted me in every way imaginable " no matter how difficult I was being" in addition she is going to arrange to have a tech come over to the house and set up the auto garage door opener. this is the same service that I experienced 7 years ago and I must say Carol took it even one step further. thank you very much, I look forward to a lasting relationship and I will defiantly be telling everyone I come in contact with about my experience.
