He was patient and friendly, which made my buying experience so easy. More importantly, he was honest and considerate to my needs. Answered all my questions and there was no haggling back and forth. This was definitely the best car buying experience ever! The entire process was quick and straightforward. I would recommend Sean to anyone in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thank you again Sean for your help! I love my Jeep! -Brenda More
I have had a horrible experience with the service staff, I had my vehicle serviced in March of 2020 reference a coolant issue (leaking coolant) and paid almost $700 in repairs only to be back 3 months later I had my vehicle serviced in March of 2020 reference a coolant issue (leaking coolant) and paid almost $700 in repairs only to be back 3 months later reference another coolant issue (leaking coolant again) having to pay additional $1,700 dollars to repair. Now I understand cars mess up but it only has 45000 miles and is a 2017 model. dollars to repair. When I asked the associate if there was any guarantee in the work, that I wouldn't return again in 3 months to have piece of mind he says "I don't know the future you may be back as we have vehicles over heating with 10 miles". And to make matters worse, upon locating my vehicle it is not even clean or washed it had multiple spills of an unknown liquid on the front bumper/grille. Upon opening the hood my cold air intake, fuse box, coolant fan cover is covered in a white substance liquid. The least that could have been done is wash my vehicle after they had it for a week.It angers me that this is the second time that i have been there in 3 months have paid over 2 grand and im told there is no guarante on the work....its annoying and speaks of the atmosphere of the staff memeber as if they don't care.. I have always loved rams and have even convinced family members to purchase multiple vehicles as well. Because of the lack of respect to my property and no willingness to help i will no longer be buying another ram because of horrible service like that or will even be returning to this dealership for anything.. Pleasant Staff Pre-Sale but Neglectful Service Post Sale I bought a $62K 2020 Jeep Rubicon Recon from this dealership and my overall experience was UNSATISFACTORY. My goal is not make generalizations about I bought a $62K 2020 Jeep Rubicon Recon from this dealership and my overall experience was UNSATISFACTORY. My goal is not make generalizations about my terrible experience with this dealership, but to make clear and objective observations on "why" I believe this dealership is subpar and borderline deceptive. 1. My sales rep, Alex Dancer, was friendly but his support after the sale was nearly nonexistent. We did a cursory intro of the vehicle at delivery since we were near closing. He advised me to contact him "anytime" with questions - I did. He was annoyed with questions I asked later and I told him I wouldn't bother him any longer. Now, I am on my own! 2. My next thought is to contact the General Manager of the dealership. Good luck! You cannot find the name and email address of the general manager as he is buffered by a panorama of sales people within the dealership. Bottom line? You have no one to voice your concerns with that is empowered to fix problems directly. Leadership? 3. Be wary of the final negotiating sales price of your new purchase as they do NOT include dealership add-ons. Finance is expedient and will walk you through the final paperwork process very quickly (for a reason?). I noticed that my FINAL sales price included the dealer add-ons which was NOT the price we negotiated on (see para 4 a-d below). Had I known, I would have canceled the sale. I admit that it is my own fault for not carefully reading the small print on the financial document , but realistically, if everyone did that, it would take forever to consummate the sale. Given that it was near closing, everyone was eager to go home. The error was mine alone, but for others, please be wary of your final negotiating price before you sign on that dotted line. When you do, double check how much you're paying for your vehicle and that it is TRULY your negotiate price. 4. I STILL do not know what follow on support I should receive from some of the dealer's add-ons. For example: a. Nitrogen filled tires: $259. That's expensive nitrogen! What does this price include? Did I just pay for $259 worth of nitrogen in my 5 tires? As a Jeep owner, it's common to deflate tires when going off road. Alex told me that I have unlimited fill ups of nitrogen at the dealership. In anyone's opinion, paying $259 for some air in your tires is absurd! QUESTION: Please explain to me what this expense entails. b. ARCTIC BLAST (for faster AC cooling and temps): $599. I can see this coming in handy but this is an expensive option. I found this ARCTIC BLAST online and it looks like a can of refrigerant. For $599? QUESTION: What exactly did I pay for? If the refrigerant is depleted, is it replenished? c. Window Tint and Lifetime Warranty: $499. QUESTION: Warranted by who, a third party or the dealership? d. Lifetime Battery Corrosion Kit: $299. If you look this up, this kit consists of two o-rings that are placed on each battery terminal to reduce battery wear and corrosion. These o-rings look appear like felt gaskets you can buy yourself for less than $2 dollars. QUESTION: Lifetime warranty with who? A third party or the dealership? 5. I had to contact Alex Dancer 3x to ask for missing parts that were not in the vehicle when I drove it home on the date of purchase. a. Missing torx bit from the Jeep Wranglers Tool Kit. The reply I got from Alex when I inquired about it was, "I can't help you, what you got is what you received!" I had a problem keeping my cool after that reply but I managed. b. Missing tub and storage bin was missing from under the rear cargo area of the vehicle. c. Missing grab handles (4 each). 6. Items 5a-c were picked up at the dealership in person. I had to drive back 3x in order to get them. I believe they were found by maintenance. So where was Alex during all this? No help! Forget about him. He's a nice guy, but just young and inexperienced. I would NOT deal with him. He'll greet you with a smile, but don't expect too much after the sale is completed. 7. No customer feedback request received post sale. I am puzzled about this lack of wanting feedback on their customer's experience with their staff. I am grateful to YELP for allowing such a venue to voice an organization's performance or lack thereof; especially when the dealership has no feedback system in place. 8. Caveat Emptor! Buy at your own risk. Do your homework. Only ask for seasoned salespeople - not rookies. Examine CLOSELY everything in the sales document that you have negotiated with your salesperson before signing on the dotted line! Examine closely those dealer add-ons. Do you really need them at the prices they post? Know exactly what they are and why they are so expensive. More
Mike was my service advisor and he was very informative and communicative. They were unable to program my remote because they didn’t have the correct machine to do it which I thought was odd but that’s ok. and communicative. They were unable to program my remote because they didn’t have the correct machine to do it which I thought was odd but that’s ok. They also left dirty fingerprints all Ofer my dashboard where I am assuming they did part of the recall? No big deal, just wiped it down, but the tech could’ve cleaned up after himself a little better. More

The customer service and Service Department is great at LHM-Surprise. I scheduled a lube & oil appointment w/tire rotation. Text messages are sent throughout the day to keep you updated. I was happy to kno LHM-Surprise. I scheduled a lube & oil appointment w/tire rotation. Text messages are sent throughout the day to keep you updated. I was happy to know they would schedule Uber to take me to work so no time lost. At pick up, it was nice to know they even took the time to wash my Jeep after service. I appreciate the professionalism at LHM. I purchased the package of 3 and received coupons for service and parts if needed in the future. Thanks to Judd Kall who made the experience exceptional! More
