When asking questions about vehicles the sales guys either had no answer or they got irritated and talked to us like they thought we were stupid. The vehicle I did purchase only had one key fob and I w either had no answer or they got irritated and talked to us like they thought we were stupid. The vehicle I did purchase only had one key fob and I was told it was at the other dealership they picked up the car from and they would get it and call me. Since then I’ve been ignored and I don’t have the key or any of the other promises made to me. Very rude and unprofessional. This is the second and last vehicle I will ever purchase from them. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sales manager Jason was the worst of all. More

I took my 2022 Durango RT in for service. This dealership had the fastest turn around time! I have never experienced such a quick finish time at any dealership. Very poor service took thin 5 days to diagnose the problem after I told them what was wrong then after receiving the parts it took 4 days for them to replace it when it should have been a 1 hour job. problem after I told them what was wrong then after receiving the parts it took 4 days for them to replace it when it should have been a 1 hour job. Took a second vehicle to get repaired also told them what the problem was also took them 3days to diagnose the problem that was under warranty they said it was something else and the warranty did not cover it and it would be $4000 dollars to fix , took the vehicle home and replace the part that I told them was bad fixed the problem More
