Went for a simple oil change this morning got there at 7:16 AM was told it would take about an hour to an hour and 30 min.. I said I would wait by 9:27 I hadn’t heard a word so I messaged them… they hadn’ 7:16 AM was told it would take about an hour to an hour and 30 min.. I said I would wait by 9:27 I hadn’t heard a word so I messaged them… they hadn’t even started Didn’t end up leaving until 10:13 because the guy “put it in wrong so they just kept skipping my vehicle” which clearly means be put zero effort in the checking. Once I messaged to check the status I was told they could get me out sooner if they didn’t have to rotate the tires. A service I would have had to pay for. They rushed this job and honestly I feel they didn’t do what they should. Dash camera footage shows they took the car in and 19 min later it was done. So you’re telling me they did a full inspection/ oil change/ filter change / fluid check and top off and a tire rotation/ brake inspection battery test, air filter check/replacement, tire wear and pressure check.. all the things they claim they do.. in less than 19 min??? Liars .. Ridiculous . Jiffy lube can’t get it done that fast and this is supposed to be quality dealer work.. I ended up missing an important meeting because of this which cost me money. Totally unacceptable More

I'd literally have to write so many experiences, and you would probably limit my words, so I'll center on today. Even with an appointment, and though I was only there for an oil change, I spent nearly 3 hours in your waiting room. The final hour I spent, my car was sitting waiting for me in the lot. The representative who was helping me seemed more concerned with making sure customers fill out a satisfaction survey and give him 10s than he was with making sure things run smoothly so we would want to give him tens. He walks everyone to their car with the ruse of making sure it looks good, but he spends the whole trip letting you know he needs you to fill out the survey, and he needs you to mark all tens, it was very off putting. And it is a huge waste of time when people are waiting interminably for his help. It would be better to use his time actually helping people get out of there, Then a quick hey will you fill out the survey? Would be happily obliged. I saw my car parked and ready to go so I went to the desk. He said it should be done if it is parked there but he would have to double check. Instead of quickly handling it, he dismissed me back to the waiting room. He didn't actually check until I texted another half hour later to remind him again. Absolutely ridiculous, and shocking to expect good marks after that! The waits, even for simple processes like oil changes are hours longer than anywhere else. And the lack of communication and unwillingness to solve simple problems like today shows little respect for your customer's time. Especially if you make an appointment. I think I've had enough. It looks like you are fine now, but watch out. I gave up after several good and several bad experiences. You may lose more customers if you don't find a way to run things more efficiently. More
Took my jeep in for warranty covered maintenance shortly after purchasing and after dropping it off couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for over 24 hours, only to find out then they neve after purchasing and after dropping it off couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for over 24 hours, only to find out then they never started work and didn't even know it was there. It was a scheduled service and I checked in and dropped it off at the service center. Very frustrating. More

I was happy with everything until the next day I got a text with a discounted offer on the service i just had that was double the cost. Very upsetting. I should get a refund of half of what I paid. Not a good experience. I had a Check Engine light on and brought it into the dealership to get diagnosed. Colin mentioned it would take up to 48 hours for a diagnosis, but I had a Check Engine light on and brought it into the dealership to get diagnosed. Colin mentioned it would take up to 48 hours for a diagnosis, but thankfully it only took 24 hours which is way too long. I was told that the problem was coolant intrusion in the #3 cylinder and the engine will need to be replaced at a cost of over $11,000. This was a huge, unexpected surprise and disappointing. Colin didn't provide any other option such as a rebuilt or used engine. It seemed like you guys didn't really care about my cost concerns. My Jeep only has 74,000 miles and had a 60,000 mile warranty that I purchased that does me no good. Seems unfair and wish I was provided with better service and advice. More
