I'. Ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and worked for Larry.H miller , for twenty two years and was a vice president at miller motorsports park Ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and worked for Larry.H miller , for twenty two years and was a vice president at miller motorsports park I have stayed loyal to coming to This dealership, but this experience was the worst I've ever was no communication.There was no respect when I let them know.There was a problem and all they wanted to do was up sale other things. I even sent a video of the bad part that needed to be Look at that and they refused to look at my problem I asked on two to speak with a manager and was told they would need to get back with me. I ask 4 times to talk to the service writer and never got a call back. Very disappointed this is not what the LHM customer service ever was in my time there. More

Waited 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me I walked up to the counter 4 guys were standing there not one even looked up from the computer even to say we will be with you in a moment.
