My husband and I can't express our gratitude for LHM, enough! This is the third (3rd) vehicle we've bought from LHM, first brand new, and we couldn't be happier with their sales/service! Just bought a br enough! This is the third (3rd) vehicle we've bought from LHM, first brand new, and we couldn't be happier with their sales/service! Just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the amazing help of Mark Link and Jeff Hunt... who bent over backwards to get us exactly what we were looking for! I've never been so at peace or pleased while buying a car with little to no stress... and Carl got us through the finance office a quick as possible giving us that much more confidence that we had made the right choice in returning to LHM! You can guarantee that we will be coming back to LHM again and again for our vehicles! More

He understood my needs, what I was looking for and went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. Carl Sharp in the finance department was wonderful-I feel like he went "the extra mile" to find the best financing possible for me. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to all friends and family in the future. Thanks Jason & Carl.....I love my new Dodge Journey!! More
What could have been extremely painful turned out to be fabulous! I dont know that I would have made it through the deal with out the help of Tom Needham. Having some tricky credit to work with (short sa fabulous! I dont know that I would have made it through the deal with out the help of Tom Needham. Having some tricky credit to work with (short sale of a home, and a lease that had to be broken) I did not even really think that I would be able to lease another vehicle. I met with Tom, picked out the vehicle I wanted and he went to work. I have virtually no patience when it comes to car deals and am sure I drove poor Tom insane with my constant emails for the next two weeks that followed. In the end Tom and Cory were able to secure me a new lease in the vehicle that I picked and even kept my payments right where I needed them to be, all I had to do was show up sign and be on my way!! These guys were amazing! I will definitely be going back!! THANK YOU!! More
I dealt with Tom Needham, and he was very helpful when it came time for me to purchase a car. I searched the website first and requested information on the vehicle that I was interested in and Tom called me came time for me to purchase a car. I searched the website first and requested information on the vehicle that I was interested in and Tom called me the next day and we set up a time for me to look at it. The next thing I knew I was driving home with a new (used) car. Both Tom and Carl were great in helping me get the car I really wanted. I loved my experiance so much that when my cousin told me she was in the market for a new car, since hers broke down I went to pick her up in Burley (2 1/2 hrs away) and emailed Tom a list of cars that she was interested in. I gave her the link to your website to view your inventory and Tom was great with my cousin also. The staff at Larry H, Miller are great and I highly recommed them to people I know are looking for a new car. More
February 11, 2013 I brought my T&C into this dealership. I told the kid about the breaks catching on fire and how the breaks are grabbing and grinding, my MPG dropped from roughly 28 highway to dealership. I told the kid about the breaks catching on fire and how the breaks are grabbing and grinding, my MPG dropped from roughly 28 highway to less than 23. I need the oil changed and the transmission looked at for the hammering when it shifted. I get called back about forty minutes later them telling me that the 'breaks are fine' and then the kid read off measurements of the front and back breaks. He tried to tell me that the update for the transmission would fix the low MPG. I will not go into that at this time. I had words with him, I left, then decided to go and talk to Mr. Green the manager of the dealership. I tried to explain to him but he kept cutting me off in mid-sentence, then claimed I was making a scene. He called in his tech manager, a tall lanky guy, and I listened to Mr. Green tell this guy what my problem was, but since Mr. Green never listened to me, he told this guy wrong information. I left. I have locking lug nuts on the van and I have audio and video in the van. I caught one of the techs going through my van, I assume looking for the lug nut key. The van goes up on the lift, then comes down, oil added and then dropped off front. No tires changed, rotated and no breaks looked at, like they told me they did. I paid these guys 90 bucks? For what? They did do an update on the transmission which, as of right now, fixed the slamming of the transmission when shifting from first to second. My experience with this dealership as others in TX, NY, VA, have all been very bad. With the exception of the dealership in TN, which replaced the breaks last year late August, when they caught on fire. That dealership was good and did what they could to help me out, I still have to pay four hundred to stay there in town until van was done, Chrysler refused to refund any money back to me. Another story. I think this is what dealerships are about now. They will lie to you, they don't care about doing the job correctly, if at all. At least they put in oil and they did change the oil filter, unlike the dealership in TX. More
Easily one of the least stressful, and most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever been a part of. Mike took the time to understand exactly what I needed in a new vehicle and found me the perfect car at buying experiences I've ever been a part of. Tom got me from the airport with my car ready and waiting for me to take a look at drive and ultimately purchase it. The whole process was quick and easy. I got an awesome price as well, and I know that I will not need to buy a car for a long time, but I also know that if I have a friend who will be looking for a car, I will make it sure to tell them about Larry H Miller dealership and Tom as well. I also would like to thank the finance manager I was dealing with, Tom and him made the process easy . The drive home 425 miles was awesome. Car drove like a dream handled well and got lots of looks all the way home. John Szabo Ps. This is my first Mopar, and I'm hoping that this car ( bad a..) will make me a longtime Mopar customer.
