A Google of Misleading Cons. I know a lot of folks love this dealership. However, I am not one of them. I went round and round with the general sales manager on how much he actual I know a lot of folks love this dealership. However, I am not one of them. I went round and round with the general sales manager on how much he actually charged me for my vehicle vs. how much he stated he would charge for it. They like to manipulate the numbers in their favor and double talk you into thinking you are getting the deal to which you agreed. After confronting them on more than one occasion and not wanting to lose control of my temper and cause a scene, I hesitantly signed the third purchase agreement. I rated them very poor with Jeep and that's when everything went terribly wrong. I got a call form the general sales manager, Ross, who wanted to talk to me ASAP! I went back to the dealership where I was yelled at by the sales manager, Mike, so loudly that everyone on the lot and the sales floor could hear him chastising me for the poor rating I gave them. I explained why I did it and they said they did me a favor and that I got a better deal than I had with my previous car. I stated that the deal they gave me was not the deal to which we had agreed, hence my displeasure and rating. The Mike then got up from his chair and came towards me while yelling! His spittle made contact with my face as he verbally assaulted me in front of everyone! I feared for my personal safety!!! The lack of professionalism and attempts to manipulate buyers into deals for which they did not agree is my reason for the poor ratings I gave to Jeep/Chrysler about Larry H Miller in Boise. The yelling and making me feel threatened and fearful for my physical well being is another matter. Perhaps a legal one. More

The salesman, Tom Needham, responded promptly and after a few emails and a phone conversation we had agreed on the price out the door and made a deposit to hold the car. We flew into Boise and they picked us up at the airport and when we got to the dealer the car was exactly as advertised, was washed, and had a full tank of gas. Everyone was very nice and we were out of there in less than an hour on our way back home. Thanks Tom! More

The guy really wanted me to have a short test drive which really bothered me. The car seemed in decent shape. I found the fluids were low, the rear wiper didn't work, and the center mirror was broke. They promised to fix all of those on a later day if I bought the truck. I drove it for a couple days and the check engine light came on. It turns out the thermastat was broken. I went in to the rest of the things fixed, and they said they wouldn't fix it since it didn't come on during the test drive. I was told when I dropped my car off I would get a ride to work. I waited there an hour and still had no one giving me a ride, when I asked where the ride was, I was told she was in eagle and had 2 other place to go before she came back, probably another hour. I ended up having my sister pick me up and take me to work. When I got my car the next day, I was told to go find it. After wondering around the parking lot for 10-15 minutes, I finally found it. There was a truck parked perpendicular behind me by the curb which they said couldn't be moved. It took another 10-15 minutes to get out of my parking spot. When I finally got home, the fluids weren't filled. Overall, I am very disappointed in the whole process. It seems as soon as they get their money, they can care less about the customer. If you want a car and nothing comes up, go there, they have good salesmen. If you want to be treated like a person with any potential problems, find another dealership to go to. More

Jeff made me cry 2 times not only did he get me my dream truck at an amazing price he came to my lunch break at work so I could sign the papers on a Saturday afternoon. In my eyes that was above the call of his job. His boss Ross made this happen as well he found the best bank with the best interest rate out there I was so happy I went in on Monday and got ANOTHER car brand new both my cars are 2014's and totally perfect. I have to say I have always been true to honda but now after this service and all that was done for me I WILL NEVER BE GOING ANY WHERE ELSE Teri did my paper work and so amazing at explaining everything I just love her this 3 person team is what makes a company you all have a spot in my heart thank you again More

This is my 4th vehicle from this dealership since 1999 and Tom has been the best salesperson I've worked with! More
I have used the Larry Miller Collision Center a number of times in the last 10 years and just recently to repair damages from hitting a curb in my S2000. Todd Freeman has almost always done the initial damage review with me and is great to keep me informed when I check on the vehicle's progress. He is knowledgeable about the extent of damage and what kind of repairs will be needed. He is very courteous and remembers my name when I walk in. (Maybe you do not want to be instantly recognized when you walk into a repair shop ;-0 , but it is nice to know I will be well taken care of). The car is clean inside and out when I pick it up and there are no unusual adjustments needed when I get in to drive off. The repairs have always been of excellent quality and paint finish flawless. And, I have even had them change a difficult to reach front lamp at a lower cost than the dealer shop. Another plus is that Enterprise Auto is just across the street so it is easy to pick up a replacement car if mine needs to be in the shop for a few days. More
Bought and had a tow hitch installed. Work was done quicker than I thought. Had hot coffee and a doughnut while waiting. Everyone was very friendly. Ally was able to present them to the used car team and after only two offers and counter offers the deal was reached. The financial details and contractual handling were superb and our experience was one of true professionalism and yet a friendly home like atmosphere from start to finish. My wife and I were shopping for a 3/4 ton truck and we literally had to walk all the way into the showroom and wander around looking lost before a salesman, Mike G. approached us. I mean, in a sense, that was good. We had the time to explore the lot, choose our truck, and ask for a test drive before we ever spoke to a salesperson. No pressure. Once we engaged him, however, he knew everything there was to know about Ram trucks. Answered our questions. Let us drive the truck as long as we wanted to. Great salesman. And a shout out to Matt K. who we took delivery of the truck from. Went through all the features of the truck with us before we left, and the truck we bought had ALL the bells and whistles, he explained them all to us so we wouldn't be lost. These two guys are the "truck guys" at LHM and if you want a truck, talk to them. More
LM is not a good service center, at least, just one of rip off you can meet easily if you are not familiar with cars like me. My spouse called me yesterday morning and told Dodge Caravan has Check Engine lamp during driving and I told it would be OK since there was no symptom of fatal recently even if it was 12 years old. Over my total anxiety my spouse came back safely from 14 miles away last evening. I read out the error code it was 0456 today, then searched in web and noticed :: Evaporative Emissions System - Small leak detected :: Usually this P0456 code is caused by an incorrect or faulty gas cap So I cleared simply Check engine by my OBDII reader (last year I bought). No more Check engine now. Check engine indicator will be lit again soon if there is real problem. Five years ago, When I went there with Check Engine, LM just recommended to fix something and I agreed and paid about $300. Today I called LM and verified it was the same code. At that time I doubt that it can not be a big or serious problem. I claimed today LM that if I were you I would clear the check simply engine warning and tell customer to go and see if the check engine comes again. If again, please come to us to fix IT IS REAL ALARM, not false alarm. LM pretended deaf on my topic of course. I doubt LM might just clear the check engine light and exchange small part or nothing. If really anything is wrong, LM can fix it when real check engine is lit by the same reason. As you search, error 0456 is related to Gas cap but LM charged about $300 to fix. LM only was eager to see dollars in front of it instead of Credit. Won't you go back again the service center if you hear "check engine is cleared once at free, but if you see check engine again soon, come to us" ? Last 5 years I could not get rid of my memory ripped off by LM, but today I verified my doubt was correct. Evidently, there can be two types of maint shops with 0456 error : One is Rip-off like LM, threaten as if it is fatal and charges a lot with exchange just a gas cap or nothing. The other is, as I suggested, Free to clear Check engine and ask to come after Check engine again. If you were the mechanic, what will you select ? If you were me, which mechanic will you go to ? More
