Scheduled an appt for oil change. Show up on time and I am told it will be 2 hours. What's the purpose of taking appointments if it is the same amount of wait time if you just show up Show up on time and I am told it will be 2 hours. What's the purpose of taking appointments if it is the same amount of wait time if you just show up without one. I drove 2 1/2 hours and ended up just leaving. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from Larry Miller Dodge. Very disappointed in the service dept. More

The sales representative Jose Lorenzo was so great to work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price rang work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price range and we are so happy with our new Jeep Gladiator. Jose Lorenzo was so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and was honest about pros and cons as we compared them. We will definitely be back when it is time for us to buy again. More

Service was a nightmare. I didn’t know what was being done to my vehicle except that it was supposedly all warranty work. I was then told I had a balance due. I tried to ask I didn’t know what was being done to my vehicle except that it was supposedly all warranty work. I was then told I had a balance due. I tried to ask questions and the service advisor hung up on me. When I finally got my vehicle back, the speakers were turned all the way up and I had multiple speakers blown out. After years of going to LHM, I will no longer bring mine or my company vehicles to them. More

I recently purchased a like-new used 2021 Ram 1500 truck from Austin Koon at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Boise, Idaho… and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Austin was incredible. I had a specifi from Austin Koon at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Boise, Idaho… and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Austin was incredible. I had a specific list of features that I wanted, which made it difficult to find an acceptable vehicle. However, Austin was up to the challenge and over several weeks he found a truck that met all of my requirements. Austin was patient, he never pressured me and he was willing to go the extra mile. He also worked hard to get me the best possible price and a better than expected amount for my trade-in. As I was about to drive my new (to me) truck home with a smile on my face, I realized the dealership only had one key fob to unlock the doors and start the engine. I definitely needed two fobs in case I lost one. My smile faded. Austin and I spoke to his sales manager, Brad Roberts, who without hesitation arranged to get me at no cost an extra key fob, which aren’t cheap. My smile returned bigger than ever. I highly recommend visiting Larry Miller Dodge Ram and asking for Austin Koon. You won’t be disappointed. More
