Scheduled an appt for oil change. Show up on time and I am told it will be 2 hours. The sales representative Jose Lorenzo was so great to work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price rang work with. We really did not know exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and he helped us test drive numerous types of vehicles within our price range and we are so happy with our new Jeep Gladiator. Jose Lorenzo was so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and was honest about pros and cons as we compared them. We will definitely be back when it is time for us to buy again. More
Service was a nightmare. I didn’t know what was being done to my vehicle except that it was supposedly all warranty work. I was then told I had a balance due. I tried to ask questions and the service advisor hung up on me. When I finally got my vehicle back, the speakers were turned all the way up and I had multiple speakers blown out. After years of going to LHM, I will no longer bring mine or my company vehicles to them. More
