No one likes the car buying process, no one! I went to other dealers and my feelings were confirmed! Not happy at all. Took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. With a appointment. And had greasy/ oily hand prints all over both front fenders and the door handle. Took longer 1. 5 hrs longer than told. Had 2 recalls. Had it serviced, oil changed but wish they would have mentioned if I wanted tires rotated. I wanted evertthin 5 hrs longer than told. Had 2 recalls. Had it serviced, oil changed but wish they would have mentioned if I wanted tires rotated. I wanted evertthing done as I am a widow now so wanted to have a clean beginning. Don’t know if I need to reschedule or take it somewhere erode. Then I will know I’m good to go. More

I arrived before my appointment time at 7:30 got checked in for an oil change only. Got the text and link for checking the progress. Waited for 60 minutes I checked to see the progress on my vehicle, the in for an oil change only. Got the text and link for checking the progress. Waited for 60 minutes I checked to see the progress on my vehicle, the link said checked in only. At 90 minutes (9:00) there was no change so I called the service dept. I was told I checked in at 830, I said no it was 7:30. He was argumentative, told me it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later (9:30) I walked to where I could observe my vehicle up on the lift. It was 10:00 when my vehicle was finally done. Another customer was having the same issue with their vehicle. I Had I already paid for a service package I am not happy with this sort of treatment. More
