Went out of his way to check the status of a vehicle across the lot and updated us even before we were interested in purchasing anything(that vehicle was unfortunately not on the lot, which led us to the charger). his help alone solidified the sale, as all I was looking for was some numbers to take over and work with a used dealer. Once we laid the “buy today” numbers on the table, he took them and ran. I bought “today” because of him. Had the awesome pleasure of working with a military veteran in the finance area and his knowledge on everything financially was very helpful. I am glad to have worked with him on the closing. The vehicle had become dangerous to drive because without warning, I would loose the ability to accelerate, twice when trying to merge into fast approaching oncoming traffic. However, other mechanics were unable to replicate the problem even though I requested someone drive it until it occurred.
