Safety Recall Rear Lower Control Arms Well they said it would take about 2 hours but it was about 6 before they called me to tell me my car was done. After expecting 2 hours and waiting I Well they said it would take about 2 hours but it was about 6 before they called me to tell me my car was done. After expecting 2 hours and waiting I get busy so I barely made it there in time to pick up my car. And when I asked when they closed they said “promptly at 6” and I got there about 5:57 all doors were closed and locked except and employee entrance. I said I would be there about 6 but that wasn’t important to them. Leaving on time was more important. And they claimed I would just need to pick up my car the next morning if I wasn’t on time. The best part about their service was it was free and they did a complimentary carwash as well. More
