Great Sales Experience Dealership didn't have the exact Ram 1500 Limited options I wanted, so we ordered one on Labor Day. Took about 8 weeks for the truck to come in. I was out of town and the sales rep Brian McClure held on to it, made sure battery was charged and it was regularly detailed. Everyone was very nice and helpful, even on a busy day. Highly recommend! I would recommend sales but not service. I’ve bought two cars there in the last two years. My wife’s Jeep Compass and my Jeep renegade. I have taken both in for an oil change. My wife’s ran out of washer fluid two weeks after hers so no they didn’t check everything checked. Just got my oil changed yesterday and guess what I checked when I got home. Yup, washer fluid, could barely see where the level Is. I also asked to have the air filter checked because I live in a dusty area and there not even a finger print in all the dust on the housing so no it wasn’t checked. I was given a check list with everything checked off,even things my car doesn’t have. Im not able to crawl under to see if the oil filter was changed so I’ll have to say it was. It was nice to get a car wash tho. Just feeling a bit disappointed is all. More
Poor service & communication! My last service was the deal-breaker!! The "mechanic" that did my oil change left my oil filter loose & top of filter had dirt & debris all over it ca My last service was the deal-breaker!! The "mechanic" that did my oil change left my oil filter loose & top of filter had dirt & debris all over it causing it to leak oil!! I have since had it fixed by someone OTHER than Larry Miller service! I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced at Larry Miller again! I have had other problems in the past with them, but this one clinched it!! Another time I asked (while I was there for a recall repair) what it would cost for them to install an after-market hitch that I would supply....They came back with a price of $800.00!? That's RIDICULOUS!!! More
they did not evn drive my car to find out the problem. they didn't even drive my van to find the problem. when I got the van back it only had one extra mile on it from dropping it off to the time I picked they didn't even drive my van to find the problem. when I got the van back it only had one extra mile on it from dropping it off to the time I picked it up. they had it 4 days and I had to pay fro a rental. when I got it back the problem was still happening. so I took It to dodge in Nampa and they fount the problem rite off the bat. so I think you as a dealership own me the cost of the 4 day rental and I will never bring a car back to your dealer ship. plus the service riter did not even listen to what my full complaint was with the van. after reviewing the notes he put in the service ticket was incomplete to what I told him it was doing. so this cost me time and unesasery expenses and time out of my day. thanks Mr Jackson. More

Top notch service department I brought my 06 Jeep Liberty in for a recall job. The service staff treated me very well.
