Dishonest Employee!!! The sales rep Alley Jacobson was fantastic, but the finance guy, Tim Sanders completely ruined the experience. He saw me coming in, by myself with 3 children and thought I was an easy target. I went in wanting to price the trade in value on my old vehicle, wasn’t looking to purchase anything. Then I had discussed a used Pacifica with the sales rep and she managed to get me into a brand new Caravan instead. I LOVE the vehicle and have no complaints. We had agreed on a payment, I everything was set and ready to go. Then came time to sign. Tim went over everything included with a new vehicle with me, including free car washes, oil changes, and a few other things, then he briefly touched over gap insurance and warranty (I assumed manufacturers warranty). Having never purchased a new vehicle before, I assumed all of that was included as Tim lumped it all on with the “Free Perks” of purchasing a new car. Tim NEVER mentioned a price increase and rushed through everything as he could tell my 9 month old was getting impatient and ready to leave. I signed and left. 2 weeks later I decide to go ahead and make my first payment (early) and I find out that the price is almost $100 more than what was agreed upon. Upon inquiring about why that was, I found out that I had apparently signed up for gap insurance and an extended warranty that was NOT included. When I told Tim I would like to cancel it because I was unaware of a price increase and I had just bought the vehicle 2 weeks prior, he informed me that that wasn’t possible but he would try and refinance my car for me. I was fine with this if it lowered the payments. This was a Tuesday, I heard nothing from him that day or Wednesday. Then he calls me the next day saying he hasn’t forgotten about me, but he has someone coming in tomorrow to look over everything and see what we can do. Well, here we are OVER 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard a word from him! My husband and I have been very loyal customers of Larry Miller for years and would have continued to purchase through them. Thanks to a dishonest finance manager that was just trying to make a sale, we will not be going through Larry Miller again. I urge anyone who tries to purchase through them to make sure not to use Tim Sanders. He is incredibly dishonest and will DJ anything he has to make a sale. More

Service Would like more professionalism better inspections on the vehicle greater than getting everything work green when there is the smallest thing as a wi Would like more professionalism better inspections on the vehicle greater than getting everything work green when there is the smallest thing as a wiper blade that needs replaced but instead you guys marking it green letting us the customer think its good is that a way of you guys avoiding an upsell I'm there for the customer satisfaction and would like when I walk in to be treated with dignity and respect and my vehicle to be treated the same as far as making sure everything's good making sure that whatever needs to be replaced is brought up to me then greater than me going to another location and then given to me a list of things I need when a dealership should hold a higher standard gather then the normal Mom and Pop Shop it affects the all overview if in reality you leave with doubt thinking the multiple things as littie as did they change my oil or did they check my brakes or did they top off all my fuilds smal thing as such affect the persons trust and ability to be comfortable to return More

Service work done I took my truck into Larry H. Miller to have a recall issue fixed. The night before my appointment i was able to drop off my truck and have it stored I took my truck into Larry H. Miller to have a recall issue fixed. The night before my appointment i was able to drop off my truck and have it stored inside out of the weather. My apt was first thing in the morning and with in an an hour of my apt i was contacted that the repaired had been completed. When i went to pick up my vehicle, Brian from the Service department explained what was done on the repair and the other checks they preformed. These other checks, fluid, brakes, lights were not required and done as a curtesy at no cost to me. Brain and the grew in the Service department are awesome!. Thanks Guys! More
