Horrible Experience Horrible customer service. I’ve had good experiences here before with simple things. I went in for an oil change. I told the tech I had an issue w Horrible customer service. I’ve had good experiences here before with simple things. I went in for an oil change. I told the tech I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor. They topped off the air, didn’t check it, and gave the car back to me, light still on, with a “clean bill of health.” They texted me. “Was you experience a ten?” I said no, and explained why it wasn’t. Suddenly I had an appointment the next day for 1045 a.m. Checking the sensors took 2 minutes, something they could have easily done the day before. “Three of the four are bad,” Brian tells me. “I’ll need the car for the day.” “I didn’t plan to leave it,” i told him. “I guess I’ll see if I can get a ride. “ Apparently he didn’t hear me or ignored me. He just called the parts people. He got prices on the parts. “I have an extended warranty,” I told him. “So I don’t have to pay for that.” “Well, I’ll need it for more than a day,” he told me. “We have to wait to get authorization through the warranty company.” “I’m leaving on a trip tomorrow,” I said. “That’s not going to work.” Brian shrugged. SHRUGGED like he didn’t care. “That’s the way extended warranties work,” he said. “That’s too bad. Maybe you can take it to Carmax where you bought it, they can get you a loaner car, and bring yours back here for the warranty work.” “So I’m making another trip here before we can get this done, a third trip, because you couldn’t take two minutes to check this yesterday, and tell me this then?” Quote: “I’ve never helped you before.” Me: “I’m not talking about you personally, I’m talking about the dealership.” “You want your car fixed today?” He said. By this pint he’s hostile. “You pay me, then go collect from your warranty people.” “Why didn’t we set up a time yesterday when you would have payment and could do the work?” No answer. Just a glare. By this point I’m frustrated too. “I’m leaving and never coming back,” I told him. He didn’t say a word. Not word one. I guess he and his bosses don’t care. Of course my wife bought a Subaru through them, and we’ve gone their for maintenance, but never again. I guess I’ll give Dennis Dillon a shot. More

Service Dept. Can not say enough good things about Lanny and the Service Dept., they are always straight forward and professional. Even when I have questions Lanny Can not say enough good things about Lanny and the Service Dept., they are always straight forward and professional. Even when I have questions Lanny gets me the answers and helps with weird lil' issues. This time was a 4 hour service- brakes, oil change and recall updates, which flew by.
