You are absolutely correct Tom, but that's IF the consumer (me) provides that information. You see, i handed my phone over to the workers at your dealership and gave them FREE RANGE AND FREE WILL to pick and/or choose WHATEVER documents, paperwork, verifications, and everything else, cause I've never gone through this process before, and so with that being said, YOU GUYS picked and/or chose whichever items or information that you guys needed to complete the Sale/transaction, and handed me the keys and everything else and told me congratulations and i drove away with the car. 2 MONTHS LATER (after I had contacted the dealership about them not taking the monthly payments out of my bank account like we had set up) I'm being told that im not being financed and need to being the car back and then preoceeded to inform me that the car had better be in the same shape as it was when it left the dealership... 2 months AFTER i leave the dealership with the car? And then im pretty sure that because of me being out of state working when the conversation about bringing the car back took place, I honestly think that the dealerships employees kept triggering my car alarm to go off and on randomly at night, during the day, at work, at home, and then EVERYTHING started slowly going wrong one thing after another with the car. So I TRULY THINK that I was either sold a "lemon car" and the dealership was trying to get it back from me before something bad happened to me, or they were trying to pull the whole "Yo-Yo" scam on me. I mean, only ONE of my brake lines were cut, and my brakes went out on me while driving and I almost got seriously SERIOUSLY injured and could have possibly died.
