Paid $500+ for you guys to let me leave with out coolant. Lame dealership and customer service, this isn't the only time I've taken my car in and had to turn around and come right back after a service. They Lame dealership and customer service, this isn't the only time I've taken my car in and had to turn around and come right back after a service. They never do anything to make it right, when customers come into the service center, customers end up standing around waiting for who ever walked passed them to help. Service sucks, and compensation for such issues is non existent. When buying a car you should really look at where you're going to get it serviced because they can mess your new car up and the management is lazy. More
A long time customer disappointed with the (3 oil change package deal) this dealership has to offer. Every time I come in, they tell me that one of my oil changes has expired and therefore it cannot be used package deal) this dealership has to offer. Every time I come in, they tell me that one of my oil changes has expired and therefore it cannot be used. Keep in mind that 1 oil change is roughly $60. I’m not complaining about the price, my complaint is that if I pay for the package, I should have a say when I use this service. This dealership forces you to use all 3 within 1 year, if you don’t, you lose it. Respectfully, this is not fair to the customer. After today, I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. More
The worst costumer services at the services center. I went to fix my tire there and Michael was in the service department. I was originally talking to another employee then Michael jumped in and was tell went to fix my tire there and Michael was in the service department. My truck was just in to replace a WIN module and Robert from the service department was fantastic to deal with. I can thank him enough. I think he wanted to get my truck going again as bad as I did. Worst service department ever. Told me to go find my own parts. Condescending rep at the maintenance window, Robert. Went there once before and had a poor experience but thought the dealership would be best in this brake repair case, NOT! Do not go here if you can go anywhere else. Bought a 2017 ram couple years ago and the extended warranty package through the dealer that is supposed to include a loaner car when my truck is in for warranty repairs. Since purchasing the truck it warranty package through the dealer that is supposed to include a loaner car when my truck is in for warranty repairs. Since purchasing the truck it has had to be in multiple times for warranty related items that have been a struggle and everytime I get a run around about the loaner car and longer lead times do to the loaner car. Today the check engine light came on and when I called to set up an appointment the same circus has started. Sure hope things get better. At this point I'm very disappointed with the customer service from Larry Miller Dodge and will never purchase another vehicle from them More
We are buying a new truck from LHM and traded in our 2017 truck. They low balled us on the pricing they wanted to give us for our trade in truck. Even flat out lied about how much they would have to sell our truck for. We were told that they would have to sell our truck at 39995, and they just listed it for 48748. Our truck had low miles and taken really good care of... we were told they aren't trying to "steal" the truck from us that they were being honest about how much they could give us and still sell it at 39995.. we have bought 2 cars from LHM, and the 3rd one, the new truck that we traded in for is still being built.. I knew they were lying, but I wanted to believe him since he was saying they aren't trying to steal it from us and we have been going there for several years. More
