Why make an appointment online? When I arrived the guy I scheduled with was not there. I waited 15 minutes to be checked in because everyone was so busy. I waited and was told a 1.5 hr wait. At 3:30 I went to see what was going on. The car was ready but I had not been notified. I went to check out and had to look for someone to check me out. I talked to 3 reps before someone could help me. Needless to say not the best experience. I am considering a different service location. More
