I took my Jeep in to diagnose an oil leak. They found it within a few hours (oil filter housing on top of engine) and had it fixed within a day. The cost was right in line with a reputable r They found it within a few hours (oil filter housing on top of engine) and had it fixed within a day. The cost was right in line with a reputable repair shop so I felt they were fair on pricing as well. I’ll take my Jeep back there as needed for repairs. More

Service is a mess! Brought my Gladiator in for warranty work. Lockers and 4wd stopped working and I attempted a straight wiring to a switch panel to fix lockers hoping Brought my Gladiator in for warranty work. Lockers and 4wd stopped working and I attempted a straight wiring to a switch panel to fix lockers hoping that was also the 4wd issue. This did not fix the problem so I made appointment with dealership. They found other issues with the vehicle that I also reported as I dropped off the vehicle. After a couple weeks of checking in with them and asking if they had figured out the 4wd system they stated the vehicle was ready. Once I asked about the 4wd they stated their service manager would not fix it because it was too advanced. (Nothing has been done to 4 wd system) I recommended they look at the front axle disconnect. They stated they will not due to work. I was able to order the part I think is the issue and will do the 20 minute job myself! Very disappointed!! More
