Possible fraud. I came in for 30,000 service and was told the service schedule called for replacing spark plugs at this mileage. I was shown a purported service sche I came in for 30,000 service and was told the service schedule called for replacing spark plugs at this mileage. I was shown a purported service schedule that showed this action. It didn’t sound right to me but I relied on the service agent Eric’s statement and evidence. When I got home I checked my owners manual. It shows a spark plug change at 40,000 miles. I have left a voice mail for the service manage to call me about this. BTW I was there 4 hours for an estimated 2-3 hour service. More

I was extremely disappointed that after a day, I was told Larry Miller wouldn't work on my vehicle because it was a Mercedes Sprinter, but I had to bring it there because of the warranty.
