hour and one half appointment took over 3 1/2 hours. Saw the truck enter at 1 1/2 hours thinking it was done. Apparently is was just going back for service. Started off great with scheduling but overall the pricing breakdown and communication on how long the process would be for servicing my vehicle was really poor really messed up my schedule. After having my vehicle for 3 days with absolutely no communication from them, I had to reach out to find the status of my vehicle. The service writer said they haven’t even looked at it yet. I was frust communication from them, I had to reach out to find the status of my vehicle. The service writer said they haven’t even looked at it yet. I was frustrated and told him that it’s been 3 days and what’s the point of an appointment if it’s going to take several days to even get it looked at. I wish they would have at least told me they were running behind on servicing customers cars. That would have made it easier than no communication at all. After picking up my car, I noticed that the service technician didn’t latch my hood. It’s super windy in my area right now and I was about to get on the freeway. Thankfully I noticed before and pulled over to latch it properly. This could have caused a lot of damage or even an accident. Now to be fair, I usually get better service than this, but I’m pretty disappointed in this service appointment. More
