This visit absolutely the worst ever. Total disregard for me, my efforts to bring in a day early. No desire to follow my written request. Could not locate car at days end. Just sat on lot all day. Unwilling to evaluate. Said don’t expect to be first assist we have 30 cars ahead of you. I’ve been a customer for never 10 years. My vehicles are new one ton dually diesel, Hellcat,, new TRX. Jeep Rubicon. Bought 3 jeeps from this dealer. This last fiasco required my wife’s help for transportation both ways for both days. Very indifferent. Understand new ownership thus last year. What ever happened to customer care and service? Why would any one endure this abuse. Gary Loesch More

I started using LMH Jeep years ago when they quickly found the problem with a Wrangler that I had. A non-dealer charged a huge amount and did not fix it. LMH charged a very reasonable amount.
