I am not from this area(out of state for now). Had a major break down in my Ram. No other dealer was able to see me within a week. I got hod of Eric Chartrand a service advisor. Early the next morning it was diagnosed and work started. It was finished within 24 hours. Eric went out of his way to get me back on the road and with the help of his service manager reduced the price greatly. Eric is a very professional, compassionate and understanding person. Larry Miller may have a great service manager now but Eric would serve as an excellent manager as well. I really appreciate what Eric did for my wife and I.
