I made an appointment to take my truck in for an oil change and to see if there was a problem with my engine as my engine light would go on and off sporadically. I purchased my truck in 2016 and have al change and to see if there was a problem with my engine as my engine light would go on and off sporadically. I purchased my truck in 2016 and have always had it serviced at LHM. My service advisor was Brent and upon drop off on July 15 we discussed my concerns and he said he would be in touch shortly to let me know what the technicians had found. When I spoke with him again, he said that they had found A sensor that was bad And it would take another day or two to replace it. I was also told that the engine air filter needed to be replaced. He said he sent me an invoice and I needed to look at it and either approve or disapprove for the services to be done. I called My Husband and told him the results of the diagnostics and he said that we could replace the air filter ourselves and go ahead and approve the sensor replacement. However, when I was reviewing the form that required my signature there was not an option to approve only one of the services and not the other. You either had to approve it all or not have the service done. I didn’t want to delay the service process, so I signed the approval for both services. The invoice total was $288.90. On July 17 at 5:39 PM I received a voicemail from Brent He wanted to make sure I wanted the sensor installed. He said if I did that it would cost an additional $18 plus supplies and taxes. He also said if I had the sensor replaced then they would not charge me for the diagnostic. I have his voicemail saved on my phone. Brent called on the 18th and told me the truck was ready for pick up. When I arrived at about 3:30 I was approached by an employee that had a hyphenated last name, he asked my name and then pulled my file and said come with me. He had my paperwork on the counter behind the desks where the card reader was. He told me my balance and I was taken aback by the amount of $466.36. I asked him why it was so different then the quote. He told me he wasn’t my service advisor and I had authorized the service to be done and this is what it cost. He was very short and dismissive. I said yes I authorized the service that isn’t my issue, I am concerned with the charges. He said well again I am not your service advisor. Then he asked another employee to bring up the page on the computer that showed I authorized the service. Again I told him I agreed I authorized the service my issue is with the charges. He said you will have to talk with Brent and then he asked Brent to help me. He was very rude and made it very clear through his demeanor and his snappy words that he had no time for me. He sat at the desk right in front of the card reader where Brent and I were discussing the invoice. I don’t know exactly what was said but he chose to interrupt and say “that is what I just told her”. I then said he is not my service advisor, you dismissed me so stay out of our conversation. Brent and another employee told me that they are aware of what the problem was with the invoice. Their computer program does not add certain charges. Then the other employee went on to say how he became aware the “glitch” as it had once double charged one of his customers. I was disappointed to hear he was willing to accept this reason of why I was originally quoted a final price of $288.90 and now I am being told I owe $466.36. I don’t believe Brent was aware of this “glitch”. Since arriving home I tried to make sense of the invoice. However it has changed twice since I paid. I have the voice recordings as well as pictures of the 4 different invoices. The latest invoice states the total is $563.90. The one prior to that was $514.90. Those were both made after I paid $466.36. I think that they should have simply owned their mistake and charged me what I originally signed for. I still don’t have a correct itemized statement. Very disappointed. ~JuDee Tycz~ More

Lorenzo in sales was top notch. He knew the vehicles very well and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I will definitely do business with him in the future. Michael Gonzales was our go to person. Fantastic customer service. We broke down 150 away. Had the truck towed to this dealership. You know when you've broke down, so many calls to make, Fantastic customer service. We broke down 150 away. Had the truck towed to this dealership. You know when you've broke down, so many calls to make, Michael called to find out how we were doing. The main technician, Steve (sorry I don't know his last name) was equally customer service oriented and competent! They knew we were on a trip and fit us in, getting the truck fixed in just over 24 hours and under their $ estimate. Our dog was welcome as well:) We highly recommend Larry H Miller Dodge in Boise Idaho!!! More
