The price was exactly what I was told it would be for an oil change, that was appreciated. When you are given someone to help you, it should be clearly communicated that they are the only person you will oil change, that was appreciated. The young lady sitting at the desk in the waiting room might have a sign stating she is unable to help with anything, updating info or paying for your service.
