Lanny was great to work with. He took his time with me and looked and a tire issue I have. Prompt and thorough communication. However, I don't like the changes the dealership is making. It's cold and uninviting to walk in where the advisors are now. They are cramped and crammed in together. I, personally loved the setup you had. Change for the sake of change is rarely good and, so far, this silly construction hasn't impressed this customer. More

I had my 19 year old son make an appointment to have his car churches out due to it doing some weird electrical stuff a couple of times. He made the appointment, went in, they did the computer diagnosis and told him they needed to keep the car to have someone check it out. After 10 days, my son calls to ask about his car and couldn't get his service tech on the phone for several calls, to be treated very poorly and told there are still 4 cars in front of his car and that it will likely be at least another 10 days. Then after another week of waiting, we went in today to get the car and was told there was another 2 cars still in front of him. I then explained to the service tech (Lanny) that I was in the room when he had spoken with my son on the phone and that the way he spoke down to my son and the ride and disrespectful behavior was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I don't care if you are dealing with a younger adult or an adult who is not knowledgeable about automotive repairs, you show respect and try to understand where they are coming from. My son was left without a vehicle for over 2 weeks and nothing was done to his car. That is unacceptable and I can not recommend this business to anyone for anything!!!!!!! More

Was in for a coupon. Special oil change made an appointment arrived shortly before appointment time everything went as scheduled and did not take very long at all.
