Lanny was great to work with. He took his time with me and looked and a tire issue I have. Prompt and thorough communication. However, I don't like the changes the dealership is making. It's cold and uninviting to walk in where the advisors are now. They are cramped and crammed in together. I, personally loved the setup you had. Change for the sake of change is rarely good and, so far, this silly construction hasn't impressed this customer. More

Was in for a coupon. Special oil change made an appointment arrived shortly before appointment time everything went as scheduled and did not take very long at all. Service Dept. Needs more help. Had vehicle in for big service and replacement of a broken part. They replaced part and within one hour of leaving with the vehicle Needs more help. Had vehicle in for big service and replacement of a broken part. They replaced part and within one hour of leaving with the vehicle, the part came loose and then broke. One easy fluid was not filled up. Part that came off and broke within one hour of leaving . Called service dept. Sent pictures of the broken part. One of the reply was do You want us to order another one? Then I said yes, we are not going to pay for it. It should have not came out if it was installed correctly. Then service said, I think I know what happened. It will be a week to get the part. I will take care of you. Also vehicle was very dirty, could hardly see out the driver's when shield. Person who brought the vehicle to us had used the wipers to clean the windshield, but did not use the windshield water. We did not use the windshield water because we were going to go to the car wash. Some othe problems when writing up want was supposed to be taken care of We think because of the over working of the service guys, they are not on top of their game More
