This is an update to a previous review one year ago. This time around the service was outstanding! I won't go into details, but I ended up back at Larry H. Miller in Boise by mistake and I am happy I did because this time the service was outstanding. Compared to a year ago, they got to our Ram Truck in immediately and got the problem resolved within a day of it being towed to them. Roberto was the service manager and he answered my many questions and he and his team did exactly what they said they would do. I tried to go to my last review and update it there, but this site would not let me. Thank you for getting us back on the road and it proves things can change for the better. Good job!! More

Service as great, but they need to fix their communication for appointments. It’s not appropriate to schedule an appointment and then take your vehicle in to only find out it won’t be touched f communication for appointments. It’s not appropriate to schedule an appointment and then take your vehicle in to only find out it won’t be touched for 8 days. That information needs to be communicated up front. More
