The people in the service center were very nice when I dropped off and picked up the car. Everything in between was the issue. I brought my 2017 RAM 1500 in due to a fuel pump issue I was having, and a re dropped off and picked up the car. Everything in between was the issue. I brought my 2017 RAM 1500 in due to a fuel pump issue I was having, and a recall that was out for the High Pressure Fuel Pump. When I dropped it off I had the paper in hand for the recall and asked if they could make sure the issue was related to the recall. They said they’d let me know. After it was officially checked in, I received text messages from THREE different numbers with a link to check the status and that I could text any questions to them. After waiting a week for the parts to get there, I messaged the three different numbers I had and never received ONE answer. I finally had to call and got an answer that the tech would call me with an update after he got back from lunch. Crickets. I had to call three more times for them to get their communication system figured out. The repair took three days longer than promised. …and to pour salt in the wound it turns out this specific part was NOT part of the recall which they never informed me after asking multiple times in the text messages that were never returned! Do NOT go here. If you have to go to a dealer, drive up to Morgan or somewhere else. Otherwise, just go to a mechanics shop you trust. More
The wait time was 3 hours. That has not happened in the past.. I was told it was due to overbooking.
