When I finally got someone to answer in the service department I was left on hold for 28 minutes , text message sent while I was on hold found out my truck would have to be kept overnight since tech couldn’t find anything then miracle of all miracle less than 10 minutes later my truck was done. Numerous customers were just given their keys and told the vehicle is out there on the lot. This after hearing more times than I could count hang on let me see if I can find your keys.No protective liner on the seats no floorboard paper to protect from greasy accidents. My truck wasn’t washed not even the front window. Overheard one of their salesmen telling a potential sale that he should go to Salt Lake to get his truck. Never had such terrible customer service at any Dodge dealership. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this dealership, they need to go back to the mentality of earning a customers business. I was told my truck was ready to pick up. I was never told it did not pass emissions, it could not be registered now. No serviceman was available to ask why at 4:30 pm. A girl told me to drive around for a week and come back. My 3rd prepaid oil change had somehow expired, so they say they gave me a discount, I was charged $70 for my discounted oil change. And when I arrived this morning at about 8:10 to drop off my truck for my 9:45 am appointment, about 10 others were standing in line. No service writers around to help.. So I filled out an envelope , put my key bob in it and dropped the envelope in the drop box. Good thing I called about 10:30 am to let them know where my key bob was. And it was still in the box then. More
