I had gone to the GMC dealership where I bought my car for warranty service. It took me 4 trips, 2 unreturned phone call, 2 week wait for parts, 2 excuses for why it wasn’t fixed, total days at service de for warranty service. It took me 4 trips, 2 unreturned phone call, 2 week wait for parts, 2 excuses for why it wasn’t fixed, total days at service department -7 - min of 3 days between each time it was supposed to be fixed to where they could schedule me again. No communication whatsoever. I called LHM Service at noon, got my first call about the problem at 3:00. Car was test driven for accuracy, sensor painted and replaced (GMC dealer had replaced wrong sensor that was causing the problem) COMMUNICATION was excellent. Service writer NATE was great to work with In the words of Arnold “ I’ll be back!” Thanks NATE and LHM Service Department. More
