Service was exceptional. I am visiting and they squeezed me in at the last minute. Very professional. I was in for a Diesel engine oil and fuel filter change and inquired about an issue with front breaks. T me in at the last minute. Very professional. I was in for a Diesel engine oil and fuel filter change and inquired about an issue with front breaks. They saved me money by honesty telling me I didn’t need new pads, just resurface the rotors and all was at a very fare price. Totally contradicting the stereotype where dealerships take you for a ride when you need service. I admired the professionalism, they earned my loyalty for sure. Job well done. Thank you More

Thanks for informing me about the details of the service so that I could make the right decisions. I appreciate the quick turn around, the shuttle service, the free coffee, and the cleaned car when I picked it up. Going over the bill item by item assured me that the job done was thorough and complete. This is the way car servicing should be done. You have a great facility and a friendly team. I'll be back! HONEST AND KIND From the moment I inquired about the car on the internet till when I signed my loan paperwork, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Noah Tyl From the moment I inquired about the car on the internet till when I signed my loan paperwork, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Noah Tyler was AMAZING. He was very kind yet knowledgeable about not only the car but how to provide a solution for my current situation. He worked hard to make it work for me. Russell was EXTREMELY HONEST! He was transparent and didn’t make promises. He gave realistic expectations and exceeded them. He worked hard for me to get the best rate he could. He was also incredibly kind! I am grateful for the process! More

The service writer Tom Sharlow has been helping me for at least 5 out of the 9 years. I never get snowballed or pressured to buy things from the dealership. Origanly we purchesed from my Nephew who wad a salesman and my wifes hair dressers husband was the new car manager but we always get treated well without dropping names. More
Worst experience I have ever had I am a single, young female who lives in a small town outside of SLC. My ignition failed on a Saturday morning as I was leaving for a 12 day road trip I am a single, young female who lives in a small town outside of SLC. My ignition failed on a Saturday morning as I was leaving for a 12 day road trip. I called my brother who is fairly knowledgeable about cars (but lives out of state), and he said it should be a 2-3 hour fix, so I got it towed to the nearest, open mechanic. Big mistake. After sitting around for 3 hours, they told me they didn't have the right tool to remove the steering wheel to see the problem (the right tech wasn't there). So I went home, not expecting my car until Monday. Then I got a call saying they found the right tool and to fix my car, it was going to be $800 ($200 for parts and $600 for labor). I know this was a rip off because parts and labor should be about the same. When I said this, the service rep said he would go talk to his manager and try to get the price down, then came back with a quote around $400. I appreciated the reduction, but obviously they were trying to take advantage of me with the first price. On Monday, I was promised a call at 10am. I waited until 12, and then started calling. I had to call 6 times and the rep had to be physically asked by the front desk before I got a response at around 3:30. That's when I was told that another piece was broken, that piece was out of production, and therefore my car couldn't be fixed. Basically, they wanted to total my car with 100K miles on it. I called my brother, and he said to ask for the part number and he would find it in a junk yard for me. Thankfully, he did find it (he was given the part for free, and it is normally a $10 part) and was able to ship it to the dealership. He also talked to a specialist who works on Chevrolet steering columns in Powell, WY. This guy told my brother that the part they claimed was broken, doesn't break (that's why it was out of production). He thought the dealership probably broke it due to incompetence when they were taking apart the steering column. Saturday, a week later, I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. Then I got another call that yet another piece had been broken, and I would have to wait until Monday. I was assured at this time that the original quote would be honored. When I finally picked up my car the next Monday, the car was repaired, but the price $100 more than the quote. Conveniently, they had me pick it up during lunch when the service rep and manger were both gone to lunch, so I would have to wait another 45 minutes (estimated time) to appeal. I was so sick of dealing with them all that I just left. Bottom line: they saw me as an ignorant female who they could *hopefully* convince to trade in an "unfixable" car for pennies, sell me a new car, fix my old car with a $10 part and make thousands on the resale. Customer service was horrible, and it took multiple calls to ever talk with anyone. They dishonestly overcharged me, and probably broke parts when they were trying to fix my car. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. More
