I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else ! Langway Toyota in Middletown R.I., has always had excellent customer service. I started using them a few years ago when I bought my Prius from a frien Langway Toyota in Middletown R.I., has always had excellent customer service. I started using them a few years ago when I bought my Prius from a friend and she recommended them. My last visit exceeded my expectations which were already high. Trevor P was friendly, knowledgeable, and went over everything with me. He even told me that the labor might be a half hour longer because a Prius was different for the part they were putting in. He said he didn’t want me to be unaware if the price was higher. When my car was finished he told me that they hadn’t needed the extra half hour and the price was less. How often does this happen at a car service? His attention to detail and genuine concern were truly impressive! So much so that I will now bring my sons used Honda to Toyota for service. When I am ready for a new Prius I will be buying it from Langway! Thank you , Marian Coney More

Friendly & Professional Service Was away for a long vacation, when I returned my 2003 Highlander would not start. Called and got an appointment on my choice of date & time. Adam quickly checked me in & after a short period of time I was driving out the dealership with a new battery. My car is 16 years old with 156,000 miles and drives & looks great. The biggest reason I contribute that to is the regularly scheduled maintenance it received at this dealership. While I was waiting, this is my wife’s car, (I have a 2007 RAV4), she was shopping the showroom and has her eye on a 2019 XL RAV4 hybrid. She even picked out the color. While not bought (yet) the 2019 hybrids are due in March. More
