LANGWAY TOYOTAS NEGLIGENCE ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY and they took absolutely no accountability. I was already frustrated when my husband brought our 2021 Toyota Highlander (leased through Langway) into th they took absolutely no accountability. I was already frustrated when my husband brought our 2021 Toyota Highlander (leased through Langway) into the service department as we had to call in 4 times before we even got an appointment because they are evidently to busy to take service calls. I was going to let that go and move on. But now I can't let it go, the reason we brought the car in was a tire light and a maintenance light on the dash board. We had a 300 mile drive coming up for a family wedding and wanted to make sure everything was corrected and safe for our trip. They told my husband my tire just needed air and turned off the tire pressure light. We made it 1 exit on 95 that same evening before that same tire blew. We were stranded on 95 for over 3 hours with a 1 year old, 2 dogs, my husband and I. With tractor trailers racing by us at 80+ mph. I took the car to Sullivan tires in Newport this morning and they were appalled that Langway said the car was safe to drive as another tire also very obviously needed replacement in addition to the one that blew. Langways negligence could have cost us all our lives as well as other drivers on the highway. When I called to speak to the service manager he could have cared less. More
Jake, Adam and Kristopher were absolutely amazing! We arrived to the dealership about an hour before closing- but they did not once try to rush us or pressure us. They were SO nice, kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. What a breath of fresh air! I was so overwhelmed initially since it had been almost 15 years since I purchased my first brand new Toyota, but Jake was very knowledgeable about both cars we test drove which allowed me to compare all the options easily. Adam went through and wrote down all the options- financing, leasing etc for both cars. (After closing kind you!) Once I decided on the one for me, he really worked hard to give me the best financing, and again didn’t push or pressure me at all! Kristopher was another great resource throughout the process- and even answered my questions on his day off! I can not say enough good things about Langway! Clearly a great team of amazing people! I am so happy I purchased my Toyota from them! More

I dropped at the scheduled time, waited 2hrs (as expected), and drove away. It all went smoothly for this first maintenance service.
