Left my car for the installation of a hitch and to have my hood repainted. My Allstate rep said that Langway’s price for the hood painting is lower than any of the other nearby dealers. I did not come for the bargain prices but for the quality work they do. Always in a friendly manner and eager to please. I’ve never met Mr Langway but I know it flows down from the top. All the employees seem happy there. I could not recommend them higher. More

scheduled a routine service appointment since the maintenance light on my dashboard was activated. Langway's Service Advisor, Trevor, was great and did some research and discovered that my vehicle has the Platinum level of service which covered its cost. After bringing my car in for service I called the manager of Langway Russ Bauer regarding the service department not following CDC guidelines regarding masks and distancing. The manager could have cared less of Langway Russ Bauer regarding the service department not following CDC guidelines regarding masks and distancing. The manager could have cared less, he said they were doing enough, that I could not expect his service team to wear masks for eight hours. Shame on them. If he would have taken my concerns seriously I would not have had to take further action by reporting Langway to the Rhode Island Department of health for their violations. I am a health care worker, I wear a mask for eight hours a day along with so many others. Do your part and wear a mask! More
What was done to the frame I will probably never see. I'm sure it is fine. I did ask about the tire pressure and I was told it was all set. However, my dashboard tire light is still on. After being treated poorly at the Newport BMW Dealership, I went to Langway Toyota of Newport. I was blown away by the difference in service. I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but if you are looking for a store that treats everyone respectably and has beautiful and reliable cars, I highly reccomend Langway Toyota of Newport. More
