Outstanding customer service and professionalism I had my brand new 2017 Infiniti hit while it was parked outside of my job. It caused a tremendous amount of damage and I was devastated. I had no idea what to expect and the insurance company was not helpful. Doug and his team not only prevented me from having a bad experience, but they took every opportunity to make it better. The primary example is that Doug and Phil stayed in close communication with me on where we were in the repair process and were so polite and courteous on every interaction. Not only that but when the insurance company took back my rental car after a very short time Doug offered put me in a fully loaded 2017 Lincoln with 11 miles on it, and those miles probably came from him delivering it to me at work! He and his team made me a lifelong return customer, and by putting me in that gorgeous car they have sold me on the brand and I fully intend on going to Landmark Lincoln after my lease is up! Thank you Doug and Phil and the Technician who did such a flawless job on my car! More

Radio problem I had a problem with my radio and called in to make an appointment. They scheduled it so it was convenient for me and set up a loaner for the service. I had a problem with my radio and called in to make an appointment. They scheduled it so it was convenient for me and set up a loaner for the service. They were unable to duplicate the problem, which can happen with electrical items. the explanation I was given was satisfactory to me. Also they washed my car and gave me a complimentary oil change. Great service!! Also they told me if the problem reoccurs let them know and they would be happy to check it again. I will continue to use them for service, excellent experience. Steve Dupey More
